TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE – WORLD HOME LISTING

Welcome to World Home Listing (hereinafter, “the Portal”). Access to and use of this website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By registering as an Agency, Agent, or User, you agree to fully comply with the clauses set forth herein.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The portal worldhomelisting.com is owned by World Home Listing, located at [Your Address, City, Country] with Tax Identification Number [Your NIF/Tax ID]. World Home Listing is an advanced technological infrastructure designed for the publication, management, and international expansion of high-level real estate assets.

2. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

World Home Listing provides real estate professionals (agencies and agents) with the following tools:

  • Global Showcase: Property listings with dynamic translation into more than 35 languages based on the user’s browser settings.

  • Smart CRM: An advanced management panel for processing and tracking potential clients (Leads).

  • Data Sync: Automated data import from over 40 compatible CRMs.

  • AI Marketing: Artificial Intelligence tools for generating visual content and optimizing descriptions.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Accuracy of Information: The user guarantees that all information provided during registration is truthful, professional, and up to date.

  • Security: The account holder is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

  • Professional Profile: Agency and Agent accounts are reserved exclusively for professionals legally authorized to conduct real estate activities.

4. ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND SUBSCRIPTION

  • Launch Rate: During the first year of service (months 1 to 12), the subscription cost is €10 per month (plus applicable taxes).

  • Standard Rate: From the second year onwards (month 13 onwards), the rate will automatically update to the standard subscription of €50 per month (plus applicable taxes).

  • Flexibility: The service does not require a long-term commitment. The user may cancel their subscription at any time via their control panel; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.

  • Payments: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Recurring non-payment shall entitle World Home Listing to temporarily or permanently suspend services.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DATA IMPORT

  • Content Ownership: Agencies retain intellectual property rights over their photographs and texts. By publishing on the portal, they grant World Home Listing a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, translate, and promote said content across its digital ecosystem and social media networks.

  • Synchronization: World Home Listing performs daily imports of the provided feeds. We assume no responsibility for source data errors (incorrect prices, addresses, or availability status).

  • Marketing Rights: The user guarantees they hold the image rights and valid marketing contracts for each property published.

6. AI TECHNOLOGY AND TRANSLATIONS

World Home Listing employs cutting-edge AI and machine translation engines to remove international market barriers. While we strive for technical excellence, we cannot guarantee absolute grammatical accuracy in all languages and are not responsible for misunderstandings arising from automated translations.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy in strict compliance with the European Union’s GDPR. Leads generated belong exclusively to the agency/agent; World Home Listing acts solely as a data processor.

8. DISCLAIMER

World Home Listing is a technology provider, not a real estate agency. Therefore:

  • We do not guarantee commercial results regarding sales or rentals.

  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of advertisements published by third parties.

  • We do not intervene in negotiations or the formalization of contracts between parties.

9. CODE OF CONDUCT AND PROHIBITIONS

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Publishing content that infringes on copyrights or local regulations.

  • The use of automated data extraction systems (scraping) without express consent.

  • Identity theft or impersonation of other brands or industry professionals.

10. MODIFICATIONS

World Home Listing reserves the right to update these terms to adapt to technological improvements or legal changes. Substantial modifications will be notified to users 30 days in advance via email.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any controversy shall be submitted to the courts of said jurisdiction, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
